替格瑞洛在急性冠脉综合征治疗中的疗效及安全性

The Effectiveness and Safety of Ticagrelor in the Yreatment of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)患者PCI治疗术前、术后使用替格瑞洛对心脏功能及心血管事件的影响。方法:随机选择2013年10月—2014年8月我院ACS并完成PCI术的患者100例,对照组50例在PCI术前及术后使用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组50例在PCI术前及术后给予替格瑞洛治疗,对比两组术前术后各指标改善情况及不良心脑血管事件发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者ALT、Cr、CK-MB、cTnI及PRU间均无显著差异,治疗后两组患者除ALT外的其他指标均有显著改善,且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组;经术后3个月随访,观察组不良心脑血管事件发生率显著低于对照组。结论:替格瑞洛较氯吡格雷能够更好地降低我国人群中ACS患者PCI术后的血小板聚集,减少主要不良心脑血管事件的发生率,临床效果显著。

Objective:To discuss the impact of Ticagrelor on cardiac function and cardiovascular events in reoperation and postoperation of PCI treatment for acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:100cases of patients with ACS and completion the PCI of our hospital between October2013and August2014were randomly selected.50cases patients of control group used clopidogrel and50cases patients of observation group used Ticagrelor in reoperation and postoperation of PCI treatment.The improvement for each indicator and the occurrence of cardiocerebral vascular event of two groups were compared.Results:There is no significant difference in ALT,Cr,CK-MB,cTnI and PRU between the two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment.Indexes except ALT were improved significantly after treatment,and the improvement of observation group was superior to the control group.Incidence of cerebrovascular events was significantly lower than the control group by follow-up after3months.Conclusion:Ticagrelor can better reduce platelet aggregation after PCI postoperative in ACS patients than clopidogrel,and reduce the incidence of major conscience and cerebrovascular events.So clinical effect of Ticagrelor is significant,and it is worthy of promotion and popularization.
