降压药物联合心理护理治疗老年高血压的效果分析

Effect of Antihypertensive Drugs Combined with Psychological Nursing in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的:探讨心理护理+降压药物对治疗老年高血压的影响效果。方法:将2016年12月—2017年12月在本院接受治疗的60例患者随机分组,主要分为对照组(实施降压药物治疗,n=30),观察组(实施心理护理联合降压药物治疗,n=30),比较两组患者心理状况、并发症以及临床治疗效果的情况。结果:观察组和对照组并发症的发生率分别为6.6%、26.7%;观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.6%、63.3%;观察组患者的焦虑量表评分明显优于对照组,两组数据对比存在明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理+降压药物在治疗老年高血压中具有积极的作用,不仅可以降低并发症的发生,还会进一步提高治疗效果,改善患者焦虑的情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological care+antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients who received treatment from December2016to December2017were randomly divided into control group(treatment with antihypertensive drugs,n=30)and observation group(psychological care combined with antihypertensive drugs were used for treatment.=30),and the psychological status of the two groups of patients,complications,and clinical treatment of the situation were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was6.6%and26.7%,respectively;the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were96.6%and63.3%;the scores of the anxiety group in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Comparison of group data showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing+antihypertensive drugs play an active role in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly,which can not only reduce the occurrence of complications,but also further improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patient's anxiety.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
