糖尿病患者给予胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射治疗的临床对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射治疗临床疗效。方法:将本院确诊收治的90例糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,均分为两组,对照组45例用常规胰岛素注射治疗,观察组45例用胰岛素泵注射治疗,对比两种方法治疗效果。结果:观察组的餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、血糖达标时间及胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率低于对照组,血糖控制理想率、治疗满意优良率高于对照组,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规胰岛素注射治疗,胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病血糖控制效果更为显著,可减少胰岛素使用量,应用安全可靠。 Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of insulin pump and conventional insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:90cases of diabetes diagnosed and treated were divided into two groups.45cases of the control group were treated with conventional insulin injection,and45cases of the observation group were treated with insulin pump.The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared.Results:The postoperative2h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose compliance time,insulin dosage,and hypoglycemia rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The ideal rate of blood glucose control and the satisfactory rate of satisfactory treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional insulin injection therapy,insulin pump is more effective in controlling blood glucose in diabetes,which can reduce the amount of insulin used,and the application is safe and reliable.
