阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的效果及其临床护理探讨

Effect of Atorvastatin and its Clinical Nursing on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病患者的临床效果以及护理干预的影响。方法:选取2017.03—2018.03来我院就诊的120例冠心病患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予阿托伐他汀(20mg/次,1次/d)进行治疗,疗程均为30d,根据护理方案的不同,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的临床有效率为91.67%(55/60),显著高于对照组的71.67%(43/60),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组的EORTC QLQ-C30评分为(64.3±7.2),显著高于对照组的(53.4±6.8),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%(57/60),显著高于对照组的73.33%(44/60),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的基础上联合综合护理,可显著提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,护理满意度高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease and the effects of nursing intervention.Methods:A total of120patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from2017.03to2018.03were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with atorvastatin(20mg/time,once a day)for30days.According to the different nursing programs,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with60cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,and satisfaction of care were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was91.67%(55/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%(43/60),P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the EORTC QLQ-C30score of the observation group was(64.3±7.2),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.4±6.8,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was95.00%(57/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%(44/60),P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with comprehensive care in the treatment of coronary heart disease with atorvastatin,it can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and high satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
