国际化背景下开展大学生职业生涯规划的若干思考——以出国留学意向本科生为例

Thoughts on Developing College Students ' Career Planning under the Background of Internationalization——Taking the Undergraduate students who want to study abroad as an example

本文通过对近年来出国留学归国学生的就业现状入手,提出了对其进行职业生涯规划教育的重要性。笔者对如何开展出国留学意向本科生职业生涯规划教育提出了若干意见,同时希望本文的研究角度也能给后来的研究者提供一些启示,以起到抛砖引玉的效果。

This article starts with the employment status of returning students studying abroad in recent years.Then the importance of educating them about career planning was advanced.And the author gives some opinions on how to carry out career planning education for College Students,who want to study abroad,hopes that this research point of view can give some enlightenment to later researchers in order to play the effect of attracting valuable opinions.
