基于“卓越计划”下能源与动力工程人才培养的探索与实践

"卓越工程师培养计划"是教育部贯彻落实"国家中长期人才发展规划纲要"而提出的高等教育重大改革计划。2011年9月"能源与动力工程专业"为我校首批"卓越计划"试点专业,本文阐述了如何将"卓越计划"理念引入到能源与动力工程专业人才培养体系中,构建出"卓越计划"理念下能源与动力工程专业人才培养的新路径,并对我校能源与动力工程专业"卓越计划"实施情况及特色进行了分析和总结,旨在对其他专业开展"卓越计划"提供理论参考和实践支持,具有较强的教育理论价值和较高的教学应用价值。

The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE),proposed by the Ministry of education,is a major reform for higher education to carry out the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Talents Development Plan.In our university,the major of Energy and Power Engineering became the leading experimental field for PETOE in September2011.The paper elaborates on the introduction of the PETOE concept into the talents training system the construction of a new path of talents training for the major of Energy and Power Engineering.It further analyzes and summarizes the implementation and characteristics of PETOE for the major of Energy and Power Engineering in our university.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for other majors to carry out PETOE,with high value in theoretical teaching and practical application.
