高校推行网上预约报账的效率优化与管理创新

随着国家对科研、教育的大力投入,高校各类教育、科研经费项目出现陡增的现象,财务资金核算业务量剧烈增加,"报账周期长、报账困难大、报账政策变"等问题日益突出。为根本解决效率难题,高校相继推行了网上预约自助报账系统,甚至利用人工智能协助财务管理网络系统,优化高校报账解决方案,借此提高工作效率、优化高校财务报账体验过程、提高报账效率。本文从高校推行和实践网上自助报账衍生的各类问题及解决方案等方面进行了详细阐述和分析,并提出优化建议和管理效率方面的创新。

With the vigorous investment of the state in scientific research and education,various kinds of educational and scientific research funds in Colleges and universities have increased sharply,and the business volume of financial fund accounting has increased dramatically.To fundamentally solve the efficiency problem,colleges and universities have implemented online booking self-service accounting system,and even use artificial intelligence to assist the financial management network system,optimize the solution of College accounting,so as to improve work efficiency,optimize the process of financial reporting experience,improve the efficiency of accounting.This paper elaborates and analyzes various problems and solutions derived from the implementation and practice of online self-service accounting in Colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and management efficiency innovation.
