摘要
面对科研院所的转型改制,档案管理必须改变传统的工作模式和管理理念,顺应时代发展潮流。本文通过分析当前科研院所档案管理的现状及存在问题,提出相应对策措施,以实现档案管理创新发展。
Facing the transformation of scientific research institutions,archives management must change the traditional working mode and management concept,and conform to the trend of The Times.By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of archives management in scientific research institute,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to achieve innovative development of archives management.
