工匠精神与党建思政理论研究的融合创新实践——以昆明医科大学第三附属医院为例

The fusional practice of creative craftsmanship and theoretical research on Party building and ideological administration——Taking the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University as an example

工匠精神是新时代个人、社会、国家发展的优秀精神。高校附属医院承担着培养社会主义建设者和接班人以及救死扶伤的重任,面对着社会价值取向多元化及医患矛盾的不断升级,将工匠精神与高校附属医院党建思政理论研究工作有机融合,是提升党建与思想政治工作理论水平的有效途径。文章分析了工匠精神与高校附属医院党建思政研究工作融合的价值内涵,以昆明医科大学第三附属医院为例,提出工匠精神与高校党建思政理论研究融合创新的路径选择,对如何发扬工匠精神、提升理论水平指导工作实践提出了建议。

The spirit of craftsmanship is the outstanding spirit manifesting individual,social and national development in the new era.Hospitals affiliated to universities bear the responsibility of training socialist builders and successors,as well as saving lives.Faced with the diversification of social value orientation and the escalation of doctor-patient contradiction,it is an effective way to improve the theoretical level of Party building and ideological and political work to integrate the craftsman spirit with the theoretical study of Party building and political work in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.The article analyzes the connotation value of the combination of artisan spirit and party building ideological and political research in affiliated hospitals.Taking the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University as an example,this article puts forward the path choice of integration and innovation between the craftsman spirit and the Party Building Ideological and political theory research in universities,and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry forward the craftsman spirit and improve the theoretical level in work practice guiding.
