浅谈对城市防洪的认识与思考

Talking about the Understanding and Thinking of Urban Flood Control

随着社会经济的发展,城市人口密度不断增大,生产资料不断集中,城市防洪安全愈发重要。本文通过举例论证,针对洪水产生的原因及城市洪灾特点,提出以下城市防洪措施:一、提高对城市防洪的思想认识;二、因地制宜,选择科学方法解决各城市防洪安全问题;三、落实城市防洪措施;四、加强城市防洪监管监控。

With the development of social economy,the urban population density is increasing,the production materials are continuously concentrated,and the urban flood control safety is becoming more and more important.This paper proposes the following urban flood control measures for the causes of floods and the characteristics of urban floods based on the example:first,the ideological understanding of urban flood control should be improved;second,choose scientific methods to solve flood safety problems in cities adapt to local conditions;third,urban flood control measures should be implemented;four,strengthen urban flood control supervision and control.
