融合补充计量指标的人文社科专著影响力评价指标体系研究 被引量:14

摘要 [目的/意义]人文社会科学学术专著的评价需求越来越大,但问题日益尖锐,尽快改进并完善学术专著评价方法的呼声愈加强烈。互联网的兴起和海量数据的涌现,为科学计量指标评价学术专著影响力提供了可能。[方法/过程]根据评价指标体系的构建原则,以传统科学计量指标和补充计量指标为基础,尝试构建了人文社会科学学术专著影响力评价指标体系,该指标体系包括5个二级指标、26个三级指标,并采用专家打分法确定了评价指标体系的权重。[结果/结论]要保障评价指标体系切实可行,必须做好组织、运行、监督机制等方面的建设,进一步完善学术专著评价的实现机制。 [Purpose/Significance]At present,the evaluation of academic monographs in the humanities and social sciences has met a lot of demands and become increasingly acute,increasingly accelerated the strong voice on improvement of evaluation methods of academic monographs.The rise of the Internet and the emergence of massive data provide the possibility for scientific indicators to evaluate the influence of academic monographs.[Method/Process]This article is based on the principles of evaluation index system construction,based on traditional scientific measurement and altmetrics measurement indicators,and has successfully established an evaluation index system for the influence of academic monographs of the humanities and social sciences.The indicator system includes5secondary indicators and26tertiary indicators,and the expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index system.[Result/Conclusion]We pointed out that in order to ensure that the evaluation index system is feasible,we must do a good job in the construction of organizations,operations,and supervision mechanisms,and further improve the implementation mechanism of academic monograph evaluation.
