10种中药水提物对黄曲霉菌体外生长特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Water Extracts from 10 Kinds of Antipyretic Antidotes on Growth Characteristics of Aspergillus flavus in Vitro

摘要 为了分析10种清热解毒中药水提物对黄曲霉菌体外生长特性的影响,采用水提法制备了单味中草药药液,浓缩为1g生药/mL;将黄曲霉菌株活化后,分别接种于含不同种类中药水提物的培养上28℃恒温培养,分别测定不同种类中药水提物对黄曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率、黄曲霉菌孢子生长抑制率和黄曲霉产毒量的体外作用效果。结果显示,培养96h时,黄连、金银花、蒲公英等6种药物水提物对黄曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率在21.4%~22.5%,其他药物水提物对黄曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率在11.4%~15.8%之间;培养24h时,黄连、金银花、大青叶等7种药物水提物对黄曲霉菌孢子的抑制率在53.1%~75.8%,其他药物水提物对黄曲霉菌孢子的抑制率在22.5%~39.3之间;培养24h时,黄连、金银花、板蓝根等5种药物水提物对黄曲霉菌产毒量抑制率在73.3%~89.6%之间,其他中药水提物对黄曲霉菌产毒量抑制率在42.6%~50.2%之间。综上所述,黄连、金银花、板蓝根等5种药物水提物对黄曲霉菌体外生长具有较好抑制作用。 In order to analyze the effects of10kinds of water extracts from Chinese herb medicines with antipyretic antidotes on the growth characteristics of Aspergillus flavus in vitro,every single Chinese medicine herb liquid was prepared by water extraction and concentrated into1g/mL.After activating Aspergillus flavus strain,it was inoculated into different kinds of culture medium with Chinese berb medicine water extract at constant temperature28℃.The inhibition rates of Aspergillus flavus colony growth and spore growth,and aflatoxin production in vitro by different kinds of Chinese berb medicine water extracts were measured respectively.The results showed when cultured for96h,the water extracts of Coptis chinensis,Lonicera japonica and Racix Taraxacum could inhibit the colony growth of Aspergillus flavus at the rate of21.45%-22.5%,the other inhibition rates of water extracts on the colony growth of Aspergillus flavus were between11.4%-15.8%.When cultured for24h,the inhibition rates of water extracts of Coptis chinensis,Lonicerae japonica and Isatis indigoeica on Aspergillus flavus spores were53.1%-75.8%,while the inhibition rates of other water extracts on Aspergillus flavus spores were22.5%-39.3%.When cultured for24h,the inhibition rates of water extracts of Coptis chinensis,Lonicerae japonica and Isatis indigoeica on Aspergillus flavus toxin yield were between73.33%-89.6%,and the inhibition rate of other water extracts on Aspergillus flavus toxin yield were42.6%-50.2%.In conclusion,the water extracts of Coptis chinensis,Lonicera japonica and Radix Isatidis have good inhibitory effects on the growth of Aspergillus flavus in vitro.
