摘要
呼肠病毒能感染鸡、火鸡和番鸭等禽类,主要引起雏鸡病毒性关节炎和腱鞘炎、矮小综合征和吸收障碍综合征及免疫抑制,以及雏番鸭肝坏死等。与哺乳动物呼肠病毒相比,禽呼肠病毒分子生物学方面的研究起步相对较晚。论文阐述了禽呼肠病毒的基因组结构及其所编码蛋白的结构与功能,为该病毒的研究提供参考。
Avian reovirus(ARV)can infect chickens,turkeys and young Muscovy ducks,resulting primarily in viral arthritis/tenosynovitis in chicks,stunting and malabsorption syndromes,immunosuppression,and liver necrosis in Muscovy ducks.Compared to mammalian reoviruses,the molecular biology of ARV is relatively less extensively studied.The paper introduced and described,the organization and architecture of ARV genome,as well as structures and functions of the encoded proteins,for the purpose of laying a foundation for the later research of ARV.
