p-mTOR、p-4EBP1及p-S6K1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1 and p-S6K1 in Tissue of Breast Carcinoma

研究p-mTOR、p-4EBP1及p-S6K1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。选择2015年3月至2017年8月在包头市肿瘤医院进行手术切除的60例乳腺癌组织为观察组,对照组为癌旁组织40例。采用免疫组化方法检测60例乳腺癌组织及40例癌旁组织中p-mTOR、p-4EBP1及p-S6K1的表达情况。p-mTOR在观察组和对照组阳性率分别为71.7%和42.5%;p-4EBP1在观察组和对照组阳性率分别为26.7%和10.0%;p-S6K1在观察组和对照组阳性率分别为45.0%和12.5%;p-mTOR、p-4EBP1及p-S6K1在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平均高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,p-mTOR、p-4EBP1及p-S6K1在乳腺癌组织中过度表达可能是乳腺癌发生发展的重要机制之一。

To investigate relationship between the expression levels of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1,p-S6K1and clinical pathological significances in breast carcinoma tissue,60cases of patients with breast carcinoma with operative incision in our hospital from March2015to August2017were selected as the observation group,and40cases of patients with paracancerous tissue gastric tissue(tumor marginal5cm)were selected as the control group,and the expressions of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1and pS6K1were tested by the immunohistochemical method.The positive rates of p-mTOR in the observation group and the control group were respectively71.7%and42.5%;The positive rates of p-4EBP1and in the observation group and the control group were respectively26.7%and10.0%;The positive rates of p-S6K1in the observation group and the control group were respectively45.0%and12.5%;The expression levels of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1and p-S6K1in the breast tissue were higher than that in the paracancerous tissue,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion,the overexpressions of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1and p-S6K1in the breast tissue may be one of the important mechanism of occurrence of breast carcinoma.Overexpressions of p-mTOR,p-4EBP1and p-S6K1in breast carcinoma may be one of the important mechanisms of breast carcinoma.These proteins have the correlation in the proeess of breast carcinoma cell differentiation.
