康柏西普眼内注射联合胰激肽原酶对糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼底血流动力学的影响

Effect of intraocular injection of compaq combined with pancreatic kallikrein on fundus hemodynamics of patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨康柏西普眼内注射联合胰激肽原酶对糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼底血流动力学的影响。方法选择2012年9月至2017年4月在我院就诊的156例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组78例(78眼)。对照组给予康柏西普眼内注射治疗,观察组给予康柏西普眼内注射联合胰激肽原酶治疗,两组均治疗3个月。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(98. 7%vs. 88. 5%,P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组患眼的最佳矫正视力优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗前,观察组、对照组患眼视网膜厚度为(198. 44±26. 30)、(196. 39±21. 94)μm,治疗后两组视网膜厚度增加至(235. 33±19. 42)、(218. 44±20. 56)μm,且观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患眼的眼底动脉PSV、EDV比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组患眼的眼底动脉PSV、EDV高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论康柏西普眼内注射联合胰激肽原酶能改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者的眼底血流动力学状况,增加视网膜厚度,从而提高患者的视力,有很好的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of intraocular injection of Compaq combined with pancreatic kallikrein on fundus hemodynamics of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Totally156eyes of156patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from September2012to April2017were selected as the research subjects,and all the cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,78cases(78eyes)in each group.Control group was given Compaq intraocular injection treatment,and observation group received intraocular injection of Compaq combined with pancreatic kallikrein treatment.All the patients were treated for3months.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(98.7%vs.88.5%,P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of eyes in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The retinal thickness of observation group and control group were(198.44±26.30)and(196.39±21.94)μm before treatment,and it was increased to(235.33±19.42)and(218.44±20.56)mm after treatment,there being significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).No significant difference in PSV and EDV was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSV and EDV in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraocular injection of Compaq combined with pancreatic kallikrein can improve the fundus hemodynamic status of patients with diabetic retinopathy and increase the retinal thickness,so as to improve the patient's vision,which has good application value.
