342例天疱疮患者医院感染特性的分析

Features of nosocomial infection in patients with pemphigus:an analysis of 342 cases

目的:分析342例天疱疮患者医院感染的特性。方法:采用回顾性队列研究,统计2007年1月至2015年12月我院342例天疱疮患者感染发生率、感染类型,分析天疱疮患者感染与性别、年龄、住院时间、入院次数、病情分度的相关性。结果:342例天疱疮患者中有104例发生感染,感染率为30.40%。在104例感染患者中,感染以口腔念珠菌(36.54%)、单纯疱疹病毒(28.85%)、皮肤软组织(17.31%)感染最常见;对感染相关因素的分析发现,感染率与年龄、住院时间、入院次数、病情分度相关。结论:天疱疮患者感染的发生率高,应及早针对相关因素采取合理措施,以有效预防及控制感染的发生,缩短病程,促进其预后。

Objective:To investigate the features of nosocomial infection in 342 patients with pemphigus.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was performed to analyze the incidence rate and type of infection in342patients with pemphigus who were treated in our hospital from January2007to December2015.The association of infection with sex,age,length of hospital stay,number of admissions,and disease severity was analyzed.Results:Of all342patients with pemphigus,104experienced infection,resulting in an infection rate of30.40%.Among the104patients with infection,36.54%had oral Candida infection,28.85%had herpes simplex infection,and17.31%had skin soft tissue infection.The analysis of infection-related factors showed that infection rate was associated with age,length of hospital stay,number of admissions,and disease severity.Conclusion:Patients with pemphigus have a high incidence rate of infection,and appropriate measures should be taken as early as possible to effectively prevent and control the development of infection,shorten the course of disease,and improve prognosis.
