射流-搅拌耦合式煤泥浮选装置吸气特性及气泡生成机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究浮选机内气泡特征参数与成泡机理,探索气泡可控机理和流场稳化模型,设计出一种新型射流-搅拌耦合式煤泥浮选装置,并从气泡生成机理的角度对装置进一步设计和优化,在流场稳化机理方面进行了相关结构参数和工况参数的研究。试验结果表明,随着压力和管嘴距的增加,气泡粒径减小,粒径分布集中度提高,分布趋于均匀;射流冲击段的气泡粒径较小,对气泡粒径的调控能力较弱。 In order to investigate the characteristic parameters of bubbles and bubble formation and control mechanisms,and develop the model of stabilization of flow field in flotation cell,a novel Jet-stirring integrated fine coal flotation device is developed.Optimum design of the device and the study of related structural and operating parameters are made respectively form the perspective of bubble formation mechanism and flow field stabilization mechanism.Test result shows that:with the increase of pressure and the spacing between the outlet of inner nozzle tube and the outlet of outer nozzle tube,the bubbles are seen to decrease in size with a highly concentrated and more uniform size distribution;the bubbles in Jet impinging section are relatively small in size with a reduced bubble size control capability.
