摘要 潘集选煤厂为实现节能降耗,降本增效的目标,结合智能化选煤厂建设理念,根据现有光纤通讯环境,采用有线以太网络链路与Zigbee无线网络链路技术以及人员定位技术,搭建区域通信网络,成功实现了智能照明、人员定位功能、照明灯具的远程管理、作业人员位置查询、轨迹回放,配合人员定位卡可实现"人来灯亮、人走灯灭"等功能,建成了选煤厂照明数字化、可视化、安全一体化综合管理体系。 In order to enable Panji plant to operate with reduced energy consumption,less costs and improved efficiency,an area communication network is developed based on the concept of development of intelligent coal preparation plant and the existing optical fiber communication environment,and by using the technologies like wired Ethernet link,zigbee wireless network,and personnel positioning.Through the communication system,it is possible to perform successfully a multiple of functions,such as intelligent lighting,personnel positioning,remote management of lighting installations,query of positions of operators,playback of tracks,and“making the light come on with people around and go off when people move away”through interaction with personnel positioning cards.This make it possible for the plant to have an integrated comprehensive digital,visualized and safety lighting management system.
