摘要
为解决块煤分选工艺落后,矸石带煤率偏高,无法实现洗水闭路循环的问题,灵新选煤厂采用TDS24-305智能干选机代替跳汰机对块煤进行分选,并对块煤分选系统进行改造。生产实践表明:在TDS24-305智能干选机运行后,预计每年可节省电能781 440 kW·h,可节约清水约30 000 m^3,可多回收精煤4 100 t,全员效率大幅提高,取得了显著的经济效益。
In view of the backwardness of coarse coal separation process,considerably high loss of coal in refuse and inability to effect closed washwater circulation circuit,Lingxin Coal Preparation Plant switches to the use of the TDS 24-30S intelligent dry cleaning machine to separate coarse coal instead of the Jigging system originally used.Practice shows the use of the intelligent dry cleaning machine has led to save of electric power by 781 440 kW·h,a reduction of water consumption by 30 000 m^3,an increase of clean coal yield by 4 100 tons,and a sustantial improvement of overall productivity efficiency,creating therefore a remarkable economic and social benefit.
