侧吹浸没燃烧熔炼技术(SSC)在红土镍矿领域的应用及展望 被引量:8

摘要 本文介绍了现有几种使用红土镍矿生产镍铁合金的工艺及各工艺方法的优缺点,同时详细介绍了侧吹浸没燃烧熔池熔炼的技术特点、工艺流程与渣型选择,并结合该技术在部分有色金属冶炼领域的成功应用,提出了采用富氧侧吹煤粉熔融还原红土镍矿的新技术。此外,还详细介绍了年处理50万t红土镍矿的新型富氧侧吹粉煤新工艺的相关技术参数,与电炉法和高炉法对比,该技术具有金属回收率高、投资省、能耗低、环境好等优势。 Through the comparison of several production processes of ferronickel alloy using nickel laterite,both the advantages and disadvantage of each process are analyzed.Besides,the technical characteristics,process flow and slag type selection of SSC are introduced.Combined with the successful application of this technology in the non-ferrous metals smelting field,the new oxygen-enriched side-submerged combustion smelting with pulverized coal is proposed.In addition,relevant technical parameters of this technology for treating500000tons nickel laterite annually are introduced in detail.Compared with the electric furnace method and blast furnace method,this technology has the advantages of high metal recovery rate,low investment,low energy consumption and environmental friendliness,etc.
