采用结晶机-真空炉处理高铋粗锡生产四九锡的探索与实践

摘要 锡火法精炼生产四九锡,单纯的采用结晶机,而不辅以电解等工艺,在处理含铋超过0.3%的高铋粗锡时,生产较为困难。通过对真空蒸馏原理的分析,提出采用结晶机-真空炉流程生产四九锡,并通过试验验证其可行,最终在生产上实现应用。 For production of99.99%-purity tin by pyrometallurgical refining,only the adoption of crystallizer without electrolysis and other process will be difficult to handle high-bismuth crude tin with bismuth content of more than0.3%.Through the analysis of vacuum distillation principles,it is proposed to adopt the crystallizer-vacuum furnace process to produce99.99%-purity tin and its feasibility is verified by test,which is actual applied in production finally.
