摘要
本文主要叙述了湿法炼锌采用夹接法电积锌过程中,由于阴极板铜导电片发生化学变化而进入电解槽内,导致阴极锌含Cu高的问题,分析了阴极锌中Cu的来源,简述了铜导电片在此过程中的化学变化,提出了有效的解决措施。
The paper mainly describes that copper reports to the electrolytic cell due to chemical changes taken place to the copper conducting plate of cathode sheet during zinc electrowinning by clamp connection,which leads to high Cu content in cathode zinc.The paper also analyzes the source of Cu in cathode zinc,describes the chemical changes of copper conducting plate and puts forwards effective measures.
