摘要 本文从分析SCR型燃气竖炉热工过程入手,结合生产实际,分析了竖炉故障机理及其危害,提出了相应的故障控制技术措施,成功解决了制约生产的技术"瓶颈"——竖炉故障及同类型生产线熔炼"核心"问题。江西铜业集团铜材有限公司采用以上措施保障SCR型燃气竖炉生产,实现了故障率低,"卡炉"、"回火"现象少,熔铜速率高,产品缺陷少,竖炉损耗小,吨铜能耗低,炉龄长,完全可满足国内外客户对高端铜细线及超微铜线的特殊需求。 From the analysis of the thermal process of fuel gas-type shaft furnace of SCR,and with reference to actual production,the shaft furnace fault mechanism and its harm are analyzed and corresponding debugging control technical measures are put forwards.The furnace fault as technical bottleneck restricting production has been overcome and so is the core problem influencing on the production line with similar type.Jiangxi Copper Group uses the above-mentioned measures to guarantee SCR fuel-gas-type shaft furnace production with lower failure rate.Furnace blockage and burner tempering of shaft furnace phenomenon become less,molten copper rate higher,product defects less,furnace wearing less,energy consumption of per ton copper lower and furnace life longer.It can fulfill the demand of the domestic and foreign customers for high-end copper thin lines and the special requirements of the superfine line.
