国产与进口Cr-Mo钢焊材焊接工艺性能对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Welding Properties of Domestic and Imported Cr-Mo Steel Welding Materials

通过对2. 25Cr-1Mo钢国产与进口手工电弧焊和埋弧自动焊焊材进行试验,从化学成分、力学性能及回火脆化敏感性评定试验等方面,对国产与进口焊材的各项理化性能进行对比分析,结果表明,国产Cr-Mo钢焊条、埋弧焊丝-焊剂各方面的性能与进口焊材相当,均能满足ASME规范及技术文件的要求,达到了国外一流焊材厂家的水平。

A series of tests on domestic and imported2.25Cr-1Mo steel welding materials for manual arc welding and submerged automatic arc welding were carried out.Comparative analysis was made on various physical and chemical properties of the domestic and imported welding materials from aspects of chemical composition,mechanical properties and evaluation test of temper embrittlement sensitivity.The results show that the properties of domestic Cr-Mo steel electrodes,submerged are welding wires and fluxes are comparable with those of imported welding materials,both can meet the requirements of ASME Code and technical documents.The domestic welding materials have reached the level of foreign first-rate welding material manufacturers.
