传热管排列方式对蒸汽发生器换热效果的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于AP1000蒸汽发生器实际模型参数,建立了三角形排列方式模型、等参数正方形排列方式模型以及等流量正方形排列方式模型,并对3种计算模型进行了Fluent数值模拟研究,分别得到其各流场的温度、体积含气率和质量含气率等参数的分布情况。进行对比分析发现,三角形排列方式模型的二次侧出口质量含气率为26. 3%,与实际运行结果符合良好,且略高于等流量正方形排列方式模型24. 6%的二次侧出口质量含气率,明显高于等参数正方形排列方式模型21. 3%的二次侧出口质量含气率。三角形排列方式的换热效果明显优于正方形排列方式。 Based on the actual model parameters of AP1000steam generator,a triangular arrangement model,an equal-parameter square arrangement model and equal-flow square arrangement model were established,and numerical simulation was carried out on the three calculation models using Fluent software and the distributions of parameters of each flow field such as temperature,volume gas content and mass gas content were obtained,respectively.By comparing the distributions of temperature,volumetric gas content and mass gas content,it was found that the mass gas content at the outlet of secondary side of the delta-arrangement model was26.3%,which is in good agreement with the actual operating results and is slightly higher than24.6%mass gas content of the equal-flow square model,and was significantly higher than21.3%mass gas content of the square model with equal parameters.The heat transfer effect of the delta arrangement was significantly better than that of the square arrangement.
