Community-based social organization is an important organizational carrier to realize community autonomy.To promote the modernization of grassroots governance capacity and build an interactive governance mechanism between government and society,it is necessary to cultivate and develop community social organizations.The key to the cultivation and incubation of endogenous community social organizations lies in the concept of co-construction,sharing and co-governance,the discovery of the dynamic mechanism for the cultivation of community social organizations,the establishment of the operational mechanism of community social organizations,the exploration of the support mechanism of community social organizations,and the construction of the security mechanism of community social organizations.
