柯式评估模型在外语教师发展活动中的应用探究 被引量:1

摘要 柯氏评估模型在国际范围内得到了日趋广泛的应用,并逐步从企业培训领域扩展到教育等其他领域的应用。研究首先从框架、核心内容及其优缺点方面对该模型进行了概述,然后在此基础上重点探讨了该模型在外语教师发展活动中的实施路径,最终提出了在外语教师发展活动中有效实施该评估模型的建议,以期达到提高外语教师发展活动评估成效的目的。 The Koch evaluation model has been widely used internationally and has gradually expanded from corporate training to other fields like education.The study first summarizes the evaluation model in terms of its framework,core contents and its merits and demerits,and then focu-ses on the path to applying the model in the activities of foreign language teacher development.Finally,the corresponding suggestions for its effective implementation in foreign language teacher development are made to improve the evaluation effectiveness.
