摘要 基于项目管理理论,研究多目标间的复杂关系。借助VENSIM软件,分析工程成本、进度、质量、安全与工程经济效益间的因果关系并绘制因果关系回路图,再根据实际情况进行假设,构建目标系统控制的系统动力学模型。同时,利用模型对实际工程进行仿真分析,证明项目目标系统控制的系统动力学模型拟合效果良好并探寻了提高工程总效益的具体措施,对工程项目目标系统控制实践具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the project management theory,the complex relationship between multi-objectives is studied in the paper.With VENSIM software,the causal relationship between project cost,schedule,quality,safety and economic benefit is analyzed,and the circuit diagram of causality is drawn.Then the hypothesis is made according to the actual situation.The system dynamics model of target system control is constructed.At the same time,by using the model to simulate the actual project,it is proved that the system dynamics model controlled by the project target system has a good fitting effect.The specific measures to improve the total benefit of the project are explored.It has certain guiding significance to the engineering project target system control practice.
