The remote transmission technology adopted by the data measured by the pressure metering station of the Ramu slurry pipeline has been plagued by the safe operation and operation and maintenance of the slurry pipeline.The original design used fiber optic cable as a data transmission carrier.Due to long-term disasters such as earthquakes,surface landslides and man-made damage,its operating costs and maintenance volume continued to rise,eventually ending in failure.The IT technicians of Ramu company applied the4G mobile and satellite private network to carry the PLC monitoring data transmission along the pressure measuring station along the line,successfully realized the real-time sharing of domestic and overseas monitoring and calculation and analysis data,and obtained valuable experience for the development and promotion of the remote monitoring technology for the cross-border automation system.
