摘要
本文通过对红土镍矿高压酸浸湿法冶炼工艺过程中高压釜内的结垢现象进行研究,分析了高压釜内结垢的主要成分、特点和形成机理,得出了影响高压釜结垢的主要因素,如:过饱和度、温度、流速等;并且针对结垢的形成机理提出了相应的控制高压釜内结垢的措施。
The paper researches the scaling phenomenon in the autoclave during the laterite HPAL processing,analyzes the main components,characteristics and formation mechanism of the scale,obtains the main influence factors,such as:supersaturation,temperature,flow rate,etc.,and proposes the corresponding measures to control fouling in the autoclave.
