摘要 Ramu项目在试生产和生产负荷稳步提升过程中,积累了丰富的管理、系统运行和岗位操作经验,2017年全面实现了年度产量超过设计产能的目标,系统工艺控制指标和消耗指标绝大部分已经达到或超过了设计参数,达到了"提产降耗、降本增效"的目的。但从精益求精的角度,个别操作单元在工艺指标控制上仍存在进一步优化和提高的空间。本文从技术层面重点讨论影响循环浸出及矿浆中和、CCD、中和除铁铝、产品沉淀等工序稳定运行的关键要素,提出进一步稳定产品质量的建议。 The Ramu project has accumulated rich experience in management,operation and system operation during its trial production and production ramp-up.In2017,Ramu achieved its goal of annual output exceeding design capacity comprehensively.Most of the processing control performances and unit consumption control performances have been reached or exceeded the design parameters,reaches the annual target of“improving production,reducing costs and increasing efficiency”.However,from a professional perspective,there is still the possibility of further optimization and improvement in the processing control of individual operating units.This article focuses on the key elements affecting the stable operation of cyclic leaching and slurry neutralization,CCD,neutralization of iron and aluminum,product precipitation,etc.,from the technical level,and improves operation stability of the process system with further proposals raised to stabilize product quality.
