摘要
通过理论分析方法对顶煤和煤岩的冒放性进行了研究,认为顶煤冒放性是衡量顶煤破碎难易程度的重要指标,煤层的赋存条件及工作面开采技术水平等都会影响顶煤的冒放性;所选的放煤步距要与煤层采高、采场支架类型等相匹配;为了保证顶煤的顺利放出,需要保证掩护梁的倾角在40°以上,通过MATLAB软件对高跨比h/L、梁与煤体的摩擦系数f及掩护梁倾角这3个参数进行了多元回归分析,得到了回归方程。
This paper studied the caving of top coal and coal rock with the theoretical analysis method.It is considered that the caving of top coal is an important indicator to measure the difficulty of top coal crushing;the occurrence conditions of coal seam and the technical level of mining face affect the caving of the top coal;the selected drawing interval should be matched with the coal seam mining height and the stop type of the stope;in order to ensure the smooth release of the top coal,it is necessary to ensure that the dip angle of the shield beam is above40°.This paper carried out multiple regression analysis on the high-span ratio h/L,the friction coefficient f of the beam and the coal body and the dip angle of the shield beam by using MATLAB software and obtained the regression equation.
