寨崖底瓦斯泵站冷却水系统改造设计

摘要 瓦斯泵站冷却水系统改造设计基于新增瓦斯泵设备,工作水量增加,现有水循环系统无法满足要求,需对循环水泵及其他附属设施进行升级改造。介绍了寨崖底煤矿的地面瓦斯泵站工程概况,对冷却水循环系统方案进行了比较,分析了冷却水循环系统设备选型,对冷却水循环系统的改造设计进行了探讨。 The cooling water system renovation design of the gas pump station is based on the new gas pump equipment and the working water quantity increases.The existing water circulation system can not meet the requirements,so it is needed to upgrade and transform the circulating water pump and other ancillary facilities.This paper introduced the general situation of the ground gas pumping station project of Zhaiyadi Coal Mine,compared the cooling water circulation system scheme,analyzed the equipment selection of the cooling water circulation system and discussed the reform design of the cooling water circulation system.
