矿区煤层气的地面抽采集输工艺研究

Study on Ground Extraction Gathering and Transportation Process of Coalbed Methane in Mining Area

针对现有煤矿区煤层气地面抽采集输工艺所存在的流程烦琐、集输效率低下、可靠性差的特点,梳理了煤层气地面抽采集输流程,对比分析了不同方案,在完善抽采集输方法的基础上,优化了煤层气的抽采集输工艺,极大地提升了煤矿区煤层气地面抽采集输的效率和安全性,具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。

In view of the cumbersome process,low transportation efficiency and poor reliability of the CBM ground gathering extraction and transportation process in the existing coal mining area,this paper sorted out the CBM ground extraction gathering and transportation process and compared and analyzed different schemes.On the basis of optimizing the extraction gathering and transportation method,the extraction gathering nd transportation process of coalbed methane is optimized,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of coalbed methane extraction gathering and transportation in coal mining areas,and has good application prospect and promotion value.
