摘要
针对煤矿洗煤厂煤泥水处理效率低、药剂浪费等问题,设计了一种基于BP神经网络的浓缩机药剂添加系统。叙述了晋煤集团煤泥水处理现状,对基于BP神经网络浓缩机药剂添加系统的设计及其工业性试验进行了探讨。通过该系统的应用,实现了自动预测加药量并自动加药,大大降低了药剂使用量,提高了煤泥水处理的效果。
Aimed at the problems of low efficiency and waste of reagents on the treatment of coal slurry,a thickener pharmacy adding system based on BP neural network was designed.This paper described the current situation of coal slurry treatment in Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group and discussed the design and industrial test of the thickener pharmacy adding system based on BP neural network.The system has realized prediction of dosage and automatic dosing.It greatly reduces the consumption of drugs and improves the effect of the treatment of coal mud water.
