摘要
通过调研,了解公共机构能源资源管理现状,查找存在的问题,并分析原因,提出提高公共机构能源资源管理水平的建议。
This paper described the current situation of energy resources management of public institutions through research,found out the existing problems,analyzed the reasons and put forward suggestions for improving the energy resource management level of public institutions.
