摘要 PLC技术作为一种高效的自动化控制手段,将其应用在矿用掘进机电控系统中能大幅提升掘进机运行稳定性,降低故障发生概率,从而为矿井生产的持续运行提供坚实保障。叙述了基于PLC的掘进机电控系统构成及其作业原理,并在此基础上对掘进机的电控系统设计、主控系统设计和系统软件设计进行了逐一分析,希望能为其他矿井掘进机电控系统的改造优化提供帮助与指导。 As an efficient automatic control method,PLC technology can be applied to the electrical control system of mining heading machine to greatly improve the running stability of the heading machine and reduce the probability of failure,thus providing a solid guarantee for the continuous operation of mine production.This paper described the composition and operation principle of PLC-based electrical control system of mining heading machine and analyzed the electrical control system design,main control system design and system software design of the heading machine one by one,hoping to provide assistance and guidance for the transformation and optimization of the electrical control system of heading machines of other mines.
