摘要
为满足自动控制、电子测量等领域数据采集的需求,设计了一种基于ADS1256模数转换器和STM32单片机的数据采集卡。该数据采集装置有8个24位通道,可以配置为单端8通道模式和双端4组模式,直接测量电压范围为0~5 V,具备串口通信接口和CAN总线接口。测试结果表明,该数据采集卡的电压测量相对误差小于0.5%。
In order to meet the requirement of automatic control and electronic measurement,a data acquisition card based on ADS1256AD converter and STM32microcontroller is designed.This data acquisition device has824-bit channels,which can be configured as single-end8-channel mode and double-end four-group mode.The voltage range of direct measurement is0-5V,and it has serial port communication interface and CAN bus interface.The test results show that the relative voltage measurement error of this data acquisition card is less than0.5%.
