探究穿孔性阑尾炎和非穿孔性阑尾炎应用CT鉴别诊断的价值

Exploring the Value of CT Differential Diagnosis in Perforated Appendicitis and Non-perforated Appendicitis

目的:分析CT鉴别诊断穿孔性阑尾炎与非穿孔性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法:抽取2016年1月-12月收治的穿孔性阑尾炎65例与非穿孔性阑尾炎65例,分析其CT检查结果。结果:穿孔组阑尾直径长于非穿孔组(P<0.05);阑尾腔外气体、阑尾腔外粪石、阑尾周围脓肿、阑尾周围炎、盆腔炎改变及阑尾壁局限性强化缺损比较差异均明显(P<0.05)。结论:CT可有效鉴别诊断非穿孔性与穿孔性阑尾炎,临床价值较高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of CT in the differential diagnosis of perforated appendicitis and non-perforated appendicitis.Methods:Sixty-five cases of perforated appendicitis and non-perforated appendicitis were collected from January2016to December2016.CT findings were analyzed.Results:The diameter of the appendix in the perforation group was longer than the non-perforation group(P<0.05):There were significant differences in the extra puff gas of the appendix,the external bezoar of the appendix,the abscess around the appendix,the inflammation around the appendix,the change of pelvic inflammatory disease,and the localized enhancement defect of the appendix wall(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT can be used to diagnose non-perforation and perforated appendicitis,and the clinical value is high.
