摘要
目的:分析魔镜成像(SMI)在动脉血管斑块新生血管诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:结合超声显像血流信号Adler分级法对动脉斑块行SMI检查有血信号患者实施魔镜成像(SMI)技术检查,判断生成及斑块是否稳定。结果:魔镜成像能够清晰检测出低回声斑块、混合回声斑块的新生血管,魔镜成像诊断符合率为97.33%,差值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:魔镜成像(SMI)在动脉血管斑块能够清晰观察到斑块新生动脉血管及分级,从而判断斑块是否稳定状态。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of magic mirror imaging(SMI)in the diagnosis of angiogenesis in arterial plaque.Methods:Combined with the Adler classification method of blood flow signal of ultrasonic imaging,SMI was used to detect the arterial plaque in patients with blood signal,and magic mirror imaging(SMI)was performed to determine whether the plaque was generated and stable.Results:The new blood vessels of hypoechoic plaques and mixed echoic plaques could be clearly detected by magic mirror imaging.The diagnostic accuracy rate of magic mirror imaging was97.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Magic mirror imaging(SMI)can clearly observe the neovascularization and grading of arterial plaque,so as to judge whether the plaque is stable or not.
