放射影像学在颈部损伤尸体检验中的应用

Application of Radiography Imaging in Neck Injury Cadaver Examination

目的:分析放射影像学在颈部损伤尸体检验中的应用价值。方法:2011年5月-2017年12月,医院进行了11名颈部损伤尸检对象,都进行X线、CT或MRI检查。结果:11名对象,都明确死亡原因,10例为机械性窒息死亡。影像学表现,颈部周围MRI检查存在明显的软组织异常、解剖结果改变,其中5例出现轻微的颈椎生理屈曲度改变,怀疑为原发的颈椎病改变。1例车祸颈部损伤对象,MRI检查见颈内动脉假性动脉瘤,但未有明显的损伤表现,病动脉瘤与患者死亡并无直接关系。结论:在颈部损伤尸体检验中的应用放射影像学,有助于从解剖结构改变、中枢神经损伤、动静脉闭合等方面,进行综合分析,进行死亡原因、机制的分析,判断颈损伤与死亡之间的关系。

Objective:To analyze the application value of radiological imaging in neck injury cadaver examination.Methods:From May2011to December2017,11cervical trauma patients were examined by X-ray,CT or MRI.Results:The cause of death was identified in11subjects,and10cases died of mechanical asphyxia.Imaging findings of soft tissue around the neck MRI examination was abnormal,the anatomical changes,including5cases of cervical flexion with slight change,change for suspected primary cervical spondylosis.1case of neck injury accident,MRI examination showed internal carotid artery pseudoaneurysm,but showed no obvious damage,there is no direct relationship between death and disease aneurysm patients.Conclusion:The neck injury using radiographic examination of the body,with the help from the anatomical changes and central nerve injury,arteriovenous closure etc.,comprehensive analysis,analysis of the death cause,mechanism,judge the relationship between neck injury and death.
