目的:探讨作为现代医院重要的诊前检查科室,放射科如何提高对工作人员的防护。方法:从不同方面对放射科工作人员的防护措施进行分析归纳,并对工作人员的个人剂量档案进行监测最终得出结论与建议。结果:加强放射科的防护管理,做好放射科辐射防护管理工作对保障医护人员和患者的安全有着重要作用,同时也是保证放射科室安全有效运转的重要保障。结论:现代医院应加强对放射科安全防护工作的管理,提高放射科室的安全防护水平。
