椅旁快速烧结条件下3种氧化锆机械性能的比较 被引量:2

摘要 背景:椅旁快速烧结作为目前最新技术,只适用于个别种类氧化锆的烧结,是否适用于其他氧化锆材料尚无研究报道。目的:研究椅旁快速烧结条件对3种氧化锆材料机械性能的影响。方法:将TT、ST、inC oris ZI三种氧化锆试件分别制备成标准试件,在相同条件下进行椅旁快速烧结,对烧结后的试件分别进行密度、硬度、断裂韧性及双轴弯曲强度的测试。结果与结论:(1)烧结后,TT、ST、inCorisZI氧化锆试件的密度分别为(5.966±0.001),(6.060±0.001),(6.031±0.001) g/cm^3,组间两两比较差异均有显著性意义(P <0.05);(2)烧结后,TT、ST、inCoris ZI氧化锆试件的维氏硬度分别为(12.02±0.04),(12.90±0.05),(12.54±0.09) GPa,组间两两比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);(3)烧结后,TT、ST、inCorisZI氧化锆试件的断裂韧性分别为(4.87±0.07),(6.17±0.10),(6.42±0.08) MPa·m^(1/2),组间两两比较差异均有显著性意义(P <0.05);(4)烧结后,TT、ST、inC oris ZI氧化锆试件的双轴弯曲强度分别为(624.41±92.01),(966.01±58.86),(1154.83±49.79)MPa,TT氧化锆试件的双轴弯曲强度低于ST、inCoris ZI氧化锆试件(P <0.05),ST、inC oris ZI氧化锆试件的双轴弯曲强度比较无差异(P> 0.05);(5)结果表明,ST、inCoris ZI氧化锆椅旁快速烧结后的机械性能可满足临床需要,TT氧化锆椅旁快速烧结后还需要恰当选择临床适应证。 BACKGROUND:As an emerging technology,chairside rapid sintering only makes sure that individual zirconia can achieve perfect performance,but there is no report on whether it is applicable for the other zirconia ceramics.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of chairside rapid sintering on the mechanical properties of three kinds of zirconia ceramics.METHODS:Standard specimens of TT,ST and inCoris ZI zirconia undertook chairside rapid sintering.The density,hardness,fracture toughness and biaxial bending strength were measured.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The density value of TT,ST and inCoris ZI after sintering was(5.966±0.001),(6.060±0.001),and(6.031±0.001)g/cm^3,respectively,and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The Vickers hardness of TT,ST and inCoris ZI after sintering was(12.02±0.04),(12.90±0.05)and(12.54±0.09)GPa,respectively,and significant differences appeared between groups(P<0.05).The fracture toughness of TT,ST,and inCoris ZI after sintering was(4.87±0.07),(6.17±0.10),and(6.42±0.08)MPa·m^1/2,respectively,and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The biaxial bending strength of TT,ST,and inCoris ZI after sintering was(624.41±92.01),(966.01±58.86),and(1154.83±49.79)MPa,respectively.The biaxial bending strength of TT was significantly lower than that of ST and inCoris ZI(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between ST and inCoris ZI(P>0.05).Therefore,the mechanical properties of ST and inCoris ZI under chairside rapid sintering can meet the clinical requirements,while TT needs to meet proper clinical indications.
