工业旅游具身体验模型:具身障碍、障碍移除和具身实现

The Embodied Experience Model of Industrial Tourism: Embodied Obstacles,Obstacles Remove and Embodied Realization

针对工业旅游发展中的现实问题,本文以具身理论为指导,采用扎根理论的研究方法,实现了以下理论和实践目标:第一,研究发现工业企业的本体功能(如生产与销售)形成了制约工业旅游体验质量的重要因素——具身障碍,具体包括功能性障碍和连带性障碍。第二,具身障碍的移除需要采取不同的方式,其中一些障碍移除困难,而另一些障碍可以通过克服和遮蔽等手段来消除;同时发现,场景组织以及旅游者的移情参与也是具身实现的途径。第三,具身体验的实现需要身体、场景以及二者之间互动的协同作用,这样的过程可以表示为一个三维谱系。第四,运用以上新范畴和相关命题构建出的工业旅游具身体验模型可以指导工业旅游发展实践,即供给方可以通过障碍移除、场景组织唤起游客的移情参与,进而提供高质量的工业旅游体验。

Focusing on the practical problems in industrial tourism development,this paper achieved the following theoretical and practical objectives by applying the embodied theory and grounded theory:(1)it was found that the very intrinsic functions of industrial tourism,such as manufacturing and marketing,become the embodied obstacles including functional and related ones,that restrict the quality of industrial tourist experiences;(2)different obstacles cry for different removing methods.Some of these are challenging,while others can be easily cleared by overcome and shielding.It was also found that scenes organization and tourists’empathic participation are an effective approach to the embodied realization;(3)the realization of embodied experience requires both body and scenes,as well as the coordinative interaction of these two,which forms a three-dimensional pedigree accordingly.(4)the industrial tourism experience model based on the new concepts and new propositions can be used to guide the practice of its development.It means that a supplier can arouse the tourists’empathic participation by removing obstacles in scene organization,which in turn offers high-quality experiences.
