旅游业与贫困减缓:基于国外经济学文献的述评

Tourism Development and Poverty Reduction: A Review on Foreign Economy-wide Researches

自20世纪50年代起,旅游业与贫困减缓之间的关系逐渐引发广泛的学术探索与理论争辩。本文基于国外经济学相关文献,对旅游业与贫困关系的理论演进、旅游减贫机制、旅游减贫效应检验方法和旅游减贫研究内容分别进行了相应综述。首先,以"旅游业和贫困"为主题,回顾了该领域的理论逻辑进路;其次,对旅游业减缓贫困的直接效应、次级效应和动态效应进行了梳理分析;再次,对旅游减贫效应检验方法进行了相应说明;另外,分别基于"绝对性""相对性"和"经济发展"3个分析视角,对旅游业与贫困减缓的相关研究内容进行了系统地文献梳理与归纳。最后,在总结既有研究文献的基础上,提出了对中国旅游业与贫困减缓关系的经济学研究的启示。

The relationship between tourism development and poverty reduction has gradually triggered a wide range of academic studies and theoretical debates in the field of international economics since 1950s.Based on relevant foreign economy-wide researches,this paper made a review on theories,mechanisms,research methods,as well as the studies of macro cases of tourism’s effect on poverty alleviation.It made a retrospection of theoretical logic approaches of this circle by taking tourism and poverty as the subject,analyzed the direct effects,secondary effects,and dynamic effects of tourism development on tourism elimination,introduced the current research methods for studying the above mentioned three effects accordingly,systematically summarized the economy-wide researches on tourism’s effect on poverty from the aspects of absoluteness,relativity and economic development,gave some enlightenment on the relationship between tourism development and poverty reduction by using the economy-wide method in China based on the existing literature review.
