电刺激联合偏瘫训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨电刺激配合偏瘫肢体训练治疗对脑梗死偏瘫肢体运动功能的影响。方法 将2017年12月至2018年6月本科收治的脑梗死所致偏瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。两组在年龄、性别、文化程度、肌力和生活自理能力等各方面无明显差异,具有可比性。两组患者所使用的治疗药物和护理手段相同,实验组在此基础上增加电刺激治疗。采用FMA运动功能量表于治疗前及疗程结束后给予评分,以评定偏瘫肢体运动功能恢复情况。结果 实验组患者经过42次神经肌肉电刺激治疗,偏瘫肢体运动功能较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组疗效总有效率83.33%,明显高于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电刺激联合偏瘫肢体训练可提高脑梗死所致偏瘫肢体运动功能,改善患者自理能力,提高生存质量。 Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation combined with hemiplegia limb training on limb movement function of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction admitted to our department from December 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The two groups showed no significant differences in age,gender,education level,muscle strength,and self-care ability in life,which were comparable.The two groups of patients received the same treatment and care methods,and the experimental group received electrical stimulation therapy on the basis.FMA motor function scale was used to evaluate the recovery of limb motor function of hemiplegia before and after treatment.Results Thirty patients in the experimental group showed significant improvement in limb movement function of hemiplegia after undergoing 42 times of neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment compared with 30 patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 83.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with limb training of hemiplegia can improve the limb movement function of hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction,improve the self-care ability of patients and the quality of life.
