摘要
水产品质量安全问题日益受到重视,建设水产品质量安全可追溯体系是当前解决水产品质量安全的有效手段之一。通过调研晋江市水产品质量安全状况,结合当地企业建设可追溯体系实际情况,就基层水产品质量安全追溯体系建设现状提出建议。
More and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of aquatic products.Building a traceability system is one of the effective means to solve the quality and safety of aquatic products.Based on the investigation of the quality and safety of aquatic products in Jinjiang City and the actual situation of the construction of the traceability system by local enterprises,some suggestions in the construction status of the tracing system for quality and safety of aquatic products at grassroots level were put forward this paper.
