药用蕨类植物蛇足石杉的研究进展

Research Progress on Medicinal Fern Huperzia Serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.

对药用蕨类植物蛇足石杉的研究进展进行综述。着重从生理生化指标、化学成分分析、内生真菌分离和鉴定、提取工艺、药理作用、新品种选育、遗传多样性、种群结构和地理分布、组织培养以及基因克隆、原核表达及其功能分析等方面阐述。最后指出药用蕨类植物蛇足石杉在化学成分分析、内生真菌分离和鉴定、提取工艺、药理作用、遗传多样性、种群结构和地理分布多有研究,但在生理生化指标、组织培养以及基因克隆、原核表达及其功能分析等方面少见报道,今后将建立和完善蛇足石杉的快繁体系,加强对蛇足石杉种质资源离体保存的研究,并在此基础上检测其生理生化指标和进行转录组学、代谢组学和蛋白质组学分析,可为蛇足石杉的药理疗效提供分子模式和作用机理,也可在一定程度上有望解决中药材来源匮乏和缓解野生资源遭受严重破坏的压力,继而可有效地保护好珍贵有限的药用植物野生资源,这对发展我国中医药事业具有重要意义。

This paper reviews the research progress of medicinal fern Huperzia serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.This paper focuses on physiological and biochemical indexes,chemical composition analysis,isolation and identification of endophytic fungi,extraction technology,pharmacological action,selection and breeding of new varieties,genetic diversity,population structure and geographical distribution,tissue culture,gene cloning,prokaryotic expression and functional analysis.At last,it was pointed out that there were more reports on chemical composition analysis,isolation and identification of endophytic fungi,extraction technology,pharmacological action,genetic diversity,population structure and geographical distribution of the medicinal fern Huperzia serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.,but there were rare reports on physiological and biochemical indexes,tissue culture,gene cloning,prokaryotic expression and functional analysis.In the future,we will establish and improve the fast propagation system of Huperzia serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.,strengthen the study on the conservation in vitro of the germplasm resources,and on this basis,detect its physiological and biochemical indexes and carry out transcriptome,metabonomics and proteomics analysis,which can provide molecular model and interaction mechanism for the pharmacological effect of Huperzia serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.and can also solve the shortage of Chinese medicinal materials and alleviate the serious damage of the wild resources to a certain extent,and can effectively protect the rare and limited wild resources of medicinal plants,which is of great significance for the development of Chinese medicine.
