多色嵌入式段彩纱织物图案形成因素的探讨

Discussion on the Factors of Pattern Formation of Multi-color Embedded Yarns

段彩纱是花式纱线的一种,对段彩纱织物图案的形成规律进行了研究。通过对嵌入式段彩纱纬纱起始织入位置、颜色和色段长度、色段间隔距离、打纬方式等的分析,表明段彩纱色段起始织入颜色的差别对织物图案的形成没有影响,但色段长度不同形成的织物图案也不同;相同色段数量的段彩纱,色段之间间隔距离不同形成的图案也不同;织物设计灵感来源起决定性作用。

Colorful yarn was one of the fancy yarns.The formation law of multi-color embedded yarns fabric pattern was studied.Through the analysis of initial weaving position,color,length of color segment,interval distance of color segment,beating-up way of embedded color yarns,it was showed that the difference of initial weaving color of color segment had no effect on the formation of fabric pattern,but the fabric pattern was different when the length of color segment was different.When the number of color segment was same,and the interval distance between color segments was different,fabric pattern was different.The inspiration source of fabric design played a decisive role.
