摘要
开展了不同聚羧酸高性能减水剂对水泥性能的影响,尤其对水泥水化速率和水化热进行了测试与分析。不同聚羧酸高性能减水剂对水泥早期强度和早期水化放热产生显著影响,水泥水化放热与水泥强度存在显著相关性。可通过聚羧酸高性能减水剂的分子结构设计和优化合成工艺配制出早强型聚羧酸高性能减水剂,满足高早强预制构件的需要。
The effect of different Polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent on cement properties was studied and rate of hydration and heat of hydration of cement were especially tested and analyzed.Different Polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent remarkably influences early strength and heat of hydration of cement and there is a remarkable correlation between heat of hydration and early strength of cement.Early strength type high performance water reducing agent may be produced by designing molecular structure and optimizing synthesis technology for meeting the needs of high early strength of prefabricated components.
